Squad: The squad consists of 5 to 10 surveyors. Weapons: Rocket Carbine, Frag Grenades and Target Designatore. Any model may exchange its Rocket Carbine for a Rocket Pistol and Chainaxe for no additional cost. Options: One model may be equipped with one the following weapons: Plasma Gun +6, Meltagun +10, Grenade Launcher, +6, or Flamer +3. The entire squad may be equipped with Frag Grenades for +1 points per model, and Krak Grenades for +2 points per model. The squad may take a target designatore at +15 points. |
SPECIAL RULES Infiltrators: Surveyors may set up using the Infiltrators rule, but only if the mission allows Infiltrators to be used. If not they must set up as normal but may take one movement action before the first turn. Spotters:
Surveyors are often used as artillery spotters. If the army includes
a Prometheus Gun, and the squad has a target designatore, it may use
the Surveyors line of sight as well as it's own. The Surveyors may not
move and a single surveyor may not fire in a turn in which they spot
for the Prometheus. |
Weapons: Five sponson-mounted rocket carbines. One on the front and two on each side. Options: The Behemoth may have any of the following vehicle upgrades: Camo netting, extra armour, searchlight, track guards, smoke launchers. Transport Vehicle: The Behemoth can carry up to 16 troops. A model equipped with Exo armor counts as 2 models. It is always taken as a transport upgrade for another unit and may only transport the unit it is bought for. Independent characters that join a unit with a Behemoth may also travel in it. |
